Michael Phelps, arguably the best Olympian of all time, may be winning in London, but back home in the states, he's not having the best luck.
According to TMZ, Phelps sold his condo in Baltimore last week at a $440,000 loss.
Phelps bought the place back in 2007 for $1.699 million, put it on the market in March for $1.42 million, and just sold it for a rumored $1.25 million.
