The Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation (sofi) Awards are a big deal in the $109 billion specialty foods industry.
Out of over 2,715 edible entries, only 32 took home trophies during the sofi Awards ceremony at the 61st Summer Fancy Food Show, North America's largest specialty food trade event held in New York City.
