Two condos in Trump buildings topped last week's biggest sales in the New York real estate market, according to the luxury market report by Olshan Realty.
The Penthouse at 845 United Nations Plaza, which was listed at $17 million, was the top sale of the week. The apartment has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 5,428 square feet of living space.
Coming in at No. 2 was the penthouse inside 1 Central Park West, which was listed for $16.4 million. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath unit has been featured in Elle Decor. Fashion entrepreneur Andrew Rosen, of Theory, Helmut Lang, and Rag & Bone, purchased the apartment in 2006 for $6.9 million.
Since Olshan started its report in 2007, this is the best start ever for the month of December, with a total of 23 contracts signed at the $4 million and above price point.
